Our Planning Process

Step 1: Initial Consultation
We start with a video call to get to know you and understand your vision for the trip. We’ll talk through your ideas, preferences, and priorities, and begin shaping what your ideal vacation looks like.
If you decide to move forward, a deposit is required to begin the planning process.

Step 2: We build your trip
This is where everything comes together. We design a personalized itinerary based on your goals, selecting the right destinations, accommodations, and experiences to match your vision. Every detail is thoughtfully planned to ensure your trip flows smoothly.

Step 3: Review & refine
We schedule a second call to walk through your itinerary together. We make any adjustments needed and fine-tune the details until everything feels right. Once finalized, we move forward with bookings and the remaining balance is due.

Step 4: Booking & confirmation
We handle the booking process with you, ensuring everything is secured correctly and aligned with the plan we created.

Step 5: Final preparation
About a month before departure, we connect one last time to make sure everything is in place. You’ll head into your trip feeling prepared, confident, and ready to enjoy it.
